Your questions, concerns and goals will be discussed at the clinic or over skype with the Nutrition Coach. You will also receive a follow up email after the meeting with extra tips that apply to what you discussed.
During the initial session, you will receive a suggested follow up schedule to provide support, accountability and encouragement. You will discuss your progress, any new concerns or goals, and have your personalized plan tweaked accordingly.
Each coaching package has customized health plans that will be consistently tweaked and updated as you progress.
You will be taught how to read Nutrition Fact Labels. Key ingredients and additives to avoid will also be covered.
You will have direct contact with your coach through unlimited email support.
